Every test review of the Megane quote 230 miles or 3.7 miles per kWh on and mixture of B roads and city driving and if yoo do alot of motorway driving your looking at 210 miles or 3.5 miles per kWh @15c. City driving will be more as this is where EV’s are most economical. At 0c your looking at 180-23o depending on the type of roads you drive. From memory you loose about 10 miles for every 5c below 0c. Have the heaters on the range drops further.
If the majority of driving is in the city or around bypasses surely that sort of range is more than adequate for anyone. Its only when you do frequent long journeys youve got to look closer at the real world range.
I have said for a long time WLTP figures are not appropiate for an EV. Yes ICE vehicles use more fuel in winter but no where near to the extent EV’s do and of course Heat is a byproduct, with next to no fuel used on running the fan. Range in any vehicledepends on how heavy your right foot is ?
