The 3.9 Model Y was 2 months ago, so not quite Winter. Its easy to chaeck it was on Carwow ‘How far will they go’ test. The Model Y dii=d go the furthest with 80% of its claimed range. There was only 20 miles to the next car…so its not that much in it.
I reckon you are a bit of a Tesla Fanboy..lol. Tesla’s are good, but as I’ve said they are long in the tooth looking like a jelly mould and there are better EV’s out there.
Anyway, is it on the scheme, that would be a no.
I cant see Musk dropping the price for Motability. He personally keeps his hand on price controls.
