True Oscarmax, especially new models, they have not found the teething problems. It can happen to any vehicle manufacturer. But its only in the past 10 years with social media that many problems come to light.
Indeed, if yo have any appliance and have a problem with it, trying to get through to Customer Service is nigh on impossible. But go on ot their Twitter site and complain an suddenly you get their attention and help…lol.
On the MG side, My niece has on of the ICE cars…Zs or Hs – quite large suv. they had a faulty instrument screen. It was replaced twice. But they had a bit of a wait before the parts were available.
