Dunno where you get your numbers frm rico, but a Tesla model Y on the motorway at 70 only manages 3.9 Miles/KwHour. While it is very good and probably beats most of the current EV’s.
The problem with the Tesla is it is not a good motability vehicle, unless its the Model Y.
Far to low and difficult to get out of. It is the low height that gives it good performance, reducing its drag co-efficient.
It is very minimalist by design, which again is not good if you have restricted movement.
Vehicle manufactirers are only now learning that people need buttons and knobs to manually control heating and entertinment. They are gradually moving away from touch screen options, it certainly is not safe in a moving vehicle.
