I was talking to my ex-wife about this earlier, her friend recently bought a 58 plate Kuga (mk2?), hubby went to pick kid up from college, came back to find his engine on fire!

Insurance Co are being “unhelpful”, I wonder if they know about the multiple cases reported in Australia and South Africa? Same build plant as UK Kugas are made in, Valencia, Spain. This is the 1.6L Ecoboost engine so a 3rd engine with this problem.
