im sorry to hear of your experience calling MB, as you can see by some posts here most of us have had that unpleasant call that you had
i guess there is always going to be nicer , more caring and polite agents than others when you pick the phone to call them
I would def try again or just ask for a Manager to call you back and explain , every private plate that’s chosen has some type of meaning for the buyer
when I did my first one many years ago they asked and I explained and she said that’s fine , we just check to make sure the car wasn’t going to used by someone else
but whatever reg you chose is up to you and you’ll have your reasons
So I’d def call up and ask to speak to a manager , just explain you’re not wanting to make a fuss but your reasons are…..
and hopefully it’s been some type of misunderstanding
