Most cars nowadays have a SIM card in them which reports your gps data which includes speed and position back to the car manufacturers as they use this data to monitor how the cars are performing it’s beyond the realms of possibility that this information is passed on to Motability the owners of the cars so I wouldn’t worry to much everything is tracked and traced these days even your mobile phone and it’s all in the big cloud
