I did just that 2 months ago
i paid £660 for mines on my Tiguan 4 years ago, my friend has the same car so I asked her if she wanted them
took both cars into a garage and they removed them and then fitted to hers
she paid for the service , and I was happy for her to have them
my old has since been sold with no drama
so I’d go for it , obviously if you damaged the car that’s another story but any garage would do it for you ??
