Obviously she had no care for her child using a mobilie phone! At least it was only minor bump and no one was hurt or were you inconvenienced by having your car off the road for repairs. Part of me also say you should have uploaded the video footage to the police. At least it may have stopped her froming doing it again, especially with child in the back…
RSA were more interested were in the vehicle the baby was travelling and if the appropriate child seating. Within minutes they had all the vehicles data up and specifically ask for a description of the drive, I gave a description and referred to to rear video footage, all the time when I spoke to her she covered her face with her hands.
RSA did ask were the police were informed, I stated no it was a minor bump, I have the strong feeling RSA maybe talking to the Kuga driver insurance company especially as regard use a mobile phone with an baby onboard, not sure if they will enhance the video and inform the authorities ?
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
