Up until recently the vast majority of chargers in my area were free and trying to get access to one was difficult. This changed a few months ago and now they are empty. Restrictions were imposed limiting charging to one hour, now ver few use them. I can only assume most of them have home chargers but used the free chargers instead.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
