Reply To: Vauxhall Grandland ultimate delays

    I ordered a Grandland Ultimate manual car on  the 19th March 2022 from a Grimsby Vauxhall dealer, at the beginning of May this year I was given a date of delivery at the end of May, and was assured that I would receive a call before the end of the month. At 5pm on 31st May having received no such call I phoned once again stating that we were only 7 hours away from June 2023 why no call.?

    I was told that they had a red ultimate just arrived that day that was possibly mine and to expect a phone call to advise when I could collect it. 6pm on the 1st June I received a call to say they were not sure who’s car it was and they would phone me definitely on Monday 5th June to update me. It’s now 10pm still no call.

    If aI ever get this car I hope that afters ales is better than pre delivery which has been appalling to date.
