Shouldn’t it be compared to a salary sacrifice scheme, which is available to the likes of the NHS. Not a commercial lease/pcp. With a bit of searching you can peak into what is available from various LHA.
Not forgetting many companies offer salary sacrifice shemes these days 🙂
