That really narks me, the can’t be arsed attitude, and making wildly inaccurate asumptions about people. Why on earth would you have gone to look at it if you couldn’t fund it, andcwhats it got to do with him anyway.
I’ve only ever had that attitude once and it was many years ago. It was when we went to look at a Kia Sportage. The salesman couldn’t be arsed pulling his face out of a sandwich.
As it happens it was one of the very early Sportage marks, before they got much improved. The only thing we liked about it was the grab handle in the passenger side dash. The rest of the car was pants. So we happily left the snaffling salesman to his coronation chicken sarnie and headed to a dealer that did want to speak to us.
Always vote with the feet if you aint valued.
Customer service is everything to me, thats why our chosen dealership is an hour from home, even though there are much closer options.
