EDF EV tariff may be 4.5 kWh off peak, but their standard rate 42.16 pence a kWh standing charge 42 pence, works out approximately £80 less than the current Octopus Go and £170 less than the standard Octopus energy rate, I believe energy price are beginning to fall, there should be some better deals coming on the market, however the saving of £170 per year with EDF would off set all you EV running cost.
