Sorry, but just how can the Motability criteria be means tested, when none of the Motability scheme access benefits/allowances are means tested themselves?
What you seem to be implying is that the Motability scheme should only be for ‘poor people’ who pass a means test. If that is the case, How are you justifying it and why?
