    Either Octopus intelligent, or OVO. However, can you move your washing machine, dishwasher use to middle of the night? If not, then really, the amount of kWh you will use for topping up your ev you might as well just look at standard tariffs.

    you can work out the costs, what is your price per kWh, what size of charger will you have? Normally 7kwh, then look at the size of your battery, if 77kw,  then you should keep it at 80%, not 100% if you are not using it daily, only charge to 100% when you are going on a long run.

    so, costs of say, 20% to 80% battery charge, 15 to 61(20~80%) so46 kw max, divide by 7 is 6.5 hours (this is just rough) so, cost of your electricity tariff  by kWh tines by say, 7 hours, tgat will give you approx costs
