I have received a call from the motability lease manager regarding rsa accusing me of letting an uninsured driver drive the car and their siding with the insurance company and told me I’ll be banned from the scheme for 5 years and won’t ask you to pay back the repudiated claim and someone will contact me to collect the motability car .I have complained to the ombdusman about the accusation and also will complain about motability siding with them without proof and how it will affect me and make me housebound at a time when the ulez is starting and car prices going up and I don’t even want to mention about insurance starting again from scratch due to rsa insurance mistake .No wonder they changing now to direct line .
