I was going to let it go but the more I thought about it I thought no way!
I hope my complaint ensures another person will not have to go through such a stressful time and feeling like they are being a ‘nuisance’ or that they are ‘begging’
These grants are in place for vulnerable people/people with disabilities but the process should be plain sailing and not so stressful and being spoken down to, but to be recognised and the points you give should be taken into account. Thank god for the phone call today
