In my opinion Laura has asked for several reviews on the matter and each time met with the same unuseful answer and should just go ahead with the complaint or she will just kee going round in circles. However I still keep getting that niggly feeling its the dealer, who is trying to stall because the car promised has been sold, but we will see tomorrow!
