What we need to remember is some people had a lifestyle where they had a huge house and a good car. Just because they are now unable to get around as much (if at all) they will still want to keep those standards and something like the Q4 or Mach-E would do just that. If having the money to cover the AP and then give up their mobility element allows them that one part of what might be their ‘old life’, that’d probably be better for their mental health than quite a lot of things.
