Do I ring the grants team to ask how to do a complaint?
Sorry I just have no idea what way a complaint is done for this. Can’t believe I might have to actually do one. It’s just been mentally draining I would feel like not even taking a car at all!! Feels like I am begging and making me feel like a hindering but my child is my priority
