I know I was wondering why they are so reluctant to allow their manager to speak!! I kept saying I want to speak to a manager immediately this is urgent as it is ongoing from September and still she said ‘you can’t you only get a review first’ I will be adamant IF I speak to them again that it is only my case manager’s manager and not a case manager and I will be making sure my local mp is with me!
You would think they were secret service and not a charity the way they say you can’t speak to anyone above a case manager making it seem so private.
Absolutely I will be speaking to motability Tuesday morning and if they still say it’s approved for handover Tuesday I feel like going picking it up at the time it was due to be picked up!
But instead I will ring the dealership after and ask did he receive my email with screenshot proof that motability said on friday the car was still accepted and ready for handover. Then I will inform him I also spoke to motability before ringing him.
If motability confirms its still ready for handover but he says it isn’t I don’t know what I’ll do.
