I see no reason for the need of a grant review, just to beable to speak to a manager. If it were me and it turns out grants have removed your award, I wouldn’t “P” around speaking with them anymore and follow up with a complaint in writing backed up with a letter from your MP.
However speaking to motability first on Tuesday is a wise decision as they will confirm either way from any notes left on your records. If they turn round and say everythng is good to go, its likely your dealer has pulled a fast one selling the car to a retail cutomer. In which case there’s very little you can do as motability wil just say “take it up with your dealer” and won’t be of any help other than sympathize with you…
The normal procedure once youve been excepted for a grant is, you are offered a short list of cars they think are suitable. However you are free to choose a different vehicle up to the grant award + 50% and your award letter is sent out or emailed to you and the award amount sent to the ordering team within motability.
