Unfortunately I am going through stress again as dealership rang saying that my case manager rang him saying she isn’t giving the grant for that car.
I rang them yesterday asked to speak to my case managers manager cause this been ongoing from September and my child needs a car asap before surgery.. got told apparently I can’t speak to a case managers manager. I said well I will be ringing Tuesday and expect to speak to my case managers manager.
Sick of explaining to them. I said I needed a boot over 440 litres. There is only 2 small suvs with nil ap and their boots are way less than 440 litres.
Absolutely appalling don’t know why motability themselves start taking over this grant process because these people have 0 care or empathy for a person with a disability or understand the importance of their needs and getting things right.
Sick of explaining that a large suv I cannot lift my child into as she is petrified of a hoist and how a large suv will not fit in my driveway and I can not leave it on a main road
