We originally couldn’t get a car. Our first claim took so long to win we were left with less than a year left of DLA. We put our renewal in for DLA in November. In March when we phoned for a 3rd time they said they still hadn’t looked at it. We phoned back and asked to make a formal complaint. We then got a call back that morning saying they had re-approved the claim. If you haven’t already, it may be worth giving that a try.
