If you were to order a car now, you would have to have someone as a named driver at the time of ordering as the dealer would need evidence of somebody with a license
Didn’t even consider that, but of course kezo raises a good point. But this can be someone who has legitimate interest in being named on the car .. parent, partner, friend.
