You have admirable knowledge about technical matters which quite often I am in awe of. But your knowledge of constitutional matters is somewhat lacking. You have just mentioned that the International Olympic committee only recognises independent Countries, which is true, but I never ever said that Scotland was an independent Country and you dont seem to understand that. Scotland is a Country that is preparing to become a fully Independent state which will mean membership of the UN and Embassies in other Countries. At this stage they are a Country with their own International teams not just in Soccer but Rugby Union, Cricket, Athletics,Curling and many more. If there were new sports that they were to partake in they would also represent Scotland on the International stage.
That is because Scotland is a Country in it’s own right. If you dont believe me just Google “Is Scotland a Country”. Believe me most of the answers will be yes ?
