My lad took his Audi to Kwik Fit recently. Went back 1 hour later to find out that one of the kids that worked there had smashed up the back of his car by reversing it into another customers car. They refused to give him details as to who was driving the car for his insurance then tried to claim it was just some small repair that needed to be done and tried to persuade him to let them take care of it. In the end he had to involve the Police to get it sorted properly.
They are a disgusting company and it’s about time Motability dumped them.
