Chris k yes you can add a temporary driver online over the phone or online through your motability insurance if you got an account but you won’t get a cover note .but the problem will be in case where can you get proof as the previous person mention it seems like they done a temporary insurance and been involved in an accident and now rsa is trying to say the temporary driver was not insured and they will tell motability that this person breached their terms and conditions by lending the car to someone that was not insured.worst insurance company
