rsa insurance denying that I called them and requested to add a temporary driver on motability car after few days his been involved in a accident.RSA contacted me After 3 years of the accident date and they telling me I let an uninsured driver drive the motability car and as that breach your terms and condition they will report to motability operation and ask me to pay for the claim .my question will motability take their side even tough rsa made the mistake and now claimg that my temporary driver was not insured.
