RogerWilko,  Kezo is a lost cause, no point trying to convert him to an EV.  We’ve had a fair few discussions and he simply doesn’t find them suitable and can explain really fairly why.

So, the Ioniq 5 has hit the scheme!!! That’s going to put the cat amongst the pigeons. It’s go a huge reputation and great spec, even at base level.  The comparison we’re forced into is the smaller battery Ariya against the longer range Ioniq both base models, both well equipped.  Even if the Enyaq comes on scheme with the pack for similar money, it’s range will be a problem now.  The ID5 has the range but is no longer the longest range by a long shot, although it’s still further by WLTP numbers than the Ioniq LR (although EV databases figures are very close to each other).

For those looking, the Ioniq at Premium spec has heated front seats, electric driver’s seat, power boot including hands free opening and sliding rear seats, just incase the boot isn’t big enough.  That is great spec to start off.

I'll try to give my honest opinion but am always open to learning.
