Went back to Specsavers yesterday, and told the assistant manager straight the glasses the glasses are useless and don’t fit, he again offered to try and fit them again, we said no we want some one else not him, he was not to happy, a young lad came out and patiently refitted the glasses, now both pair fit fine.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
