Just had a phonecall from them after waiting from January saying they would contact me in 3 days. Said that they sent me an email with a list of cars which i told them they didn’t and she argued with me saying she did. Again reminded her she didn’t and I would happily screenshot my inbox. How someone like her is working in a charity is beyond me. The same rude person I dealt with in January
