I beg to differ. maybe be different council different rules..i have a dedicated space quoting a ref db then 3 numbers on the border of the space and i never have my blue badge on show. I guess a warden checks ref which will give him a reg no. and so long as same reg is on council computer no ticket…p.s have courtesy car at the min , so forwards hire agreement to council and they changed reg no problems
Interesting. As you say, it must differ by local authority. I looked into this some years ago for a relative and it was not possible to have a space for exclusive use. Strange that different authorities have different rules as this must catch some people out of they travel to different areas.
