Tried to phone Motability twice yesterday but cut of twice I have left a request for them to call, but that has not happened to date. I am seriously thinking off walk away from the scheme and buy a secondhand car ?
I don’t beleve Motability is what it once was. The take it up with the dealer attitude Ive had with my current car really rags me. Will I be on the scheme next time round is highly unlikely at this time. However I believe its up to each individual alone to decide whether they want to walk away.
As for Motability telling you to take it to another Mitsubishi dealer – how far is that away?
The other problem is unless the x Mitsubishi dealers have kept the diagnostic software equipment (Mut-111) there’s going to be generic roblems when trying to diagnose nitty gritty faults with say MG diagnostic software (MG VDS 111)
