I can’t remember who it was, but someone on here bought a new car vat free with push pull hand controls. I’m pretty sure professionally installed controls would be classed as a permanent adaptation.
Yes, they are. Even though they can be removed, they are counted as a permanent adaptation. Things that are standard manufacturer options that may also aid those with disabilities are excluded.
