It all depend how you look at it I suppose. Off the scheme Ive had both 530d and a X3 3.0d and a Jag xf. All with bells and whistles leather seats etc.
However it unlikely these cars especially in higher trim levels will grace the scheme anytime soon. Rather than take a low spec BMW 1 or 2 series, an A series Merc or Audi equivulents. In this case I’d stick to my Tuscon electric everything, leather seats with ar$e coolers and ar$e warmers that are also graced to the rear passesngers along with an opening panaramic roof to look up to the gods if the need arose. Or similar car.
Whilst it may not be as mechanically or the doors don’t shut with the same reassuring thud or the soft touch isn’t quite as soft to the touch of German rival s, it gets me from A to B with a certain level of luxury, at half the AP of a basic German one ?
