The ePedal is only available on the electric drive NIssans, ie Leaf , Ariya QQ ePower & XTrail ePower, and the bonus is that it is a superb additional aid to safety , not just to economy?
It almost does the braking for you, especially in stop/go traffic, simply by braking as you ease pressure on the accelerator!
Coupled with Intelligent Emergency Braking it can be a lifesaver.
However, it is a different way of driving ( & stopping ) and needs to be mastered, and for some people I can imagine that swapping between the normal pedals to ePedal and back again could be confusing?
