    I very much agree. I have an appointment with the DWP next week re appointment. Will see what comes of that. If that comes through quickly, I will be able to act on my wife’s behalf and avoid all of the shenanigans.

    However, having now has several calls with MB and reading a lot of posts on here, I am less and less inclined to use MB.

    MB call handlers have a spiel/script, and never leave it. Trying to get ANYTHING specific from them re details of the process and of the agreement is impossible. To my mind, there should be no problem with transparency over the process, unless you are trying to hide something. I literally asked (calmly) the same question 3 times, and got batted back the same stock answer 3 times (which wasn’t an answer). It was clear they weren’t going to clue me into the details of the ordering and collection processes. I can get a Qashqai for the same per month on PCP as through MB, so would just need to find and extra £100/month to cover the tax, insurance and servicing. I’m beginning to think that might be my preference; I’m loath to get into business with a charity I don’t trust.
