thanks all for the replies – i think we will have to terminate early – buy a second hand car to tide us through and rejoin when she is reassessed and if things remain the same. or maybe run two cars which is also mad and wasteful . it seems so very odd as she has 12 months of payments left but is shy by days – i asked about an earlier reassessment and they said because of backlogs there was no way either – as another poster said ‘computer says no’
