Hello
i ordered and paid a deposit for a car 6 weeks ago having visited the dealer
i sold my existing car 5 weeks ago 3 days before the date given for collecting my new car
the new make and model was shown on my Motobilty log in
im told the manufacturer code given to Motobility changed the day after everything was agreed and Fiat are refusing to re input the original code
so I’ve been car less for 6 weeks and can no longer get the exact model ( as it’s no longer made) I agreed
the car is still in the dealership but they can’t honour the agreement because the computer says no!
Is this a common problem?
