It is very strange they said to me I would have to contact them when the car is at the dealers which if they then said no then I could not have the car. With an Appointee this is no good as Motability told me they would be then held responsible for your car who is going to want to sign for a car and put themselves responsible if you are not happy with something, this is totally wrong and as said we need legal action against motability as t is a breach of Equality act. The excuse they use in trying to force you to the dealer is you have to check the car over before putting in the pin which to be honest it is better to check and relaxing to do this at home like i have been able to do many times and never had a problem with those cars.
