When I first tried to claim DLA in 2012 I was scored 0 points. When I spoke to Welfare Rights to fight this they asked me, was your appointment with X. When I confirmed it was, they said that that explained it ?. The report, when I finally got a copy, was full of utter lies.
As you say though, I certainly didn’t accept the outcome but it took a year to resolve it, after an appeal to the Upper Tribunal and a redo of my claim.
Obviously I was meant to have the good grace to either give in or pop my cloggs. When you’re seriously unwell it’s so hard to fight your corner. I was lucky that I had family to help me, otherwise, who knows?
