I’ve just (22/2) had a call from my dealer. The new IT system is in partial operation. He can now order new cars but can’t see any information about existing orders so currently can’t tell me anything about my order ?. He hopes that this will change over the next couple of days but seems as pee’d off as I am.
It must just be a lucky (for MG) coincidence that their dealers can now place new orders and just unfortunate that existing customer orders can’t be viewed ?.
