We ordered the GT Line S model in Silver with an estimated date of collection August
Our sale man said with the situation in the world it could be even longer like October or November 2022. We were not too happy but it was not the sales man’s fault. We were contacted by our sales man regularly & always same answer no updates on the collection off our new car. November came and went..Another phone call from our salesman could be in the New year 2023.New Year came & went same thing nothing.
On February 9th or 10th 2023 the phone rang it was from our sales man… with the best news ever Our New Car was here & collection date Monday 13 February 2023. It was a long time in coming but worth the wait… Our sales man was upfront from the beginning & regularly updates from him too. Hopefully this puts your mind at rest. So nothing strange after three months as we have waited 10 months.
I do find itstrange that your saleperson did not tell you this from the beginning. And has not kept you updated.
