Had so many similar problems with my SEAT Tarraco. The faults are common across the VW, Skoda and SEAT ranges. Audi seems to be exempt from these !
The standard answer is a software update, which is just a stalling action.
In the end mine was in the garage from May to July last year trying to fix problems. In the end Motability asked for the vehicle back as it was unfixable and I have been in hire car since.
