Yes i phoned the warm home discount line two weeks ago and my bungalow was not even in the list, she told me you have to get the council surveyor to come round and measure up which he did yesterday even looked in the loft he said it should be on the gov web site today which it is and what a waste of time and cost as i still do not qualify to energy efficient yet most of us used to qualify every year until this gov interfered with it.
