I take it you guys grind your own bean etc?
I just use the Delonghi Magnifica Bean to cup and really like it. I use the beans from Costco, which does me. A m not into buying a bag of beans from source type of stuff.
Its not reliable and plastic, none of that shiny metal with delonghi.
