Ordered my Yaris Excel back in July. Was told it would arrive in October (I knew it wouldn’t I even said that to the dealer and he denied it) Then got put back to Nov, then beginning of Dec, then 30th Dec, then 23rd Jan.
Dealer phones on 20th Jan to say everything on track for arrival on 23rd Jan. Phones me on 23rd to say car has been delayed with an ETA of 20th March. Somehow I don’t believe him and I am convinced either there was a mix up or my car has gone to someone else as I can’t see how it can go from being 3 days away to 2 months away. I’ve actually made a complaint to Toyota about that as the dealer keeps skirting the issue and just says it’s supply problems like the whole industry is experiencing.
