I really need some advice about a grant. I currently have a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV 4×4 and live in the Cairngorms in Scotland. When I ordered the outlander over 4 years ago, I contacted the grants team and explained that I needed a 4×4 because I’m in a very remote location and there is deep so on a frequent basis. I was advised that that was just tough and if it snowed, don’t go out! Not at all helpful.
I’ve noticed that some people are getting offered a selection of 4x4s to choose from and wondered how that came about or has motability changed their stance on geographical locations.I’m thinking of applying as my current car is now 4 years in.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
